Device with 107 grams including the battery life. The LG Optimus L3 II E430 telephone is relatively thin with 11.9 millimeter thickness. High-end mobiles like the Xperia Z and Galaxy S4 may be growing ever larger in dimension, but LG is moving in the other direction with the L3 II. It's among the smallest Android mobiles we've seen in quite some time. This is mainly due to the simple fact that it uses an extremely small 3.2inch screen allowing LG to squeeze it has height down to just over 10cm, but it is not much thinner compared to a lot of it has larger screened rivals as it steps 6cm wide.

LG Optimus L3 II E430 Features:

In the front at least, the phone doesn't look much different to the first Optimus L3 which LG introduced last year. It has got exactly the same piano black finish on the bezel around the screen and the elongated home button that sits beneath the screen. However, the house button can now light up with different colors to notify you of things such as missed calls and new mails or text messages, and it can be a fantastic bit.

The two buttons that lie to either side only light up once you touch them, which can be somewhat annoying when you are using the phone in the dark, however once touched they do at least stay illuminated for a couple of seconds.

LG has also dumped the darkened feel of the plastic back to the first L3 and instead replaced it with a brushed metal impact on this upgrade, although it's still manufactured from plastic rather than metal. It looks better than the old finish, but it feels quite slippery to the touch and highlights the total plastiky feel of this phone.

While the L3 II is likely to win some fans due to its small size, its tiny 3.2inch screen is also likely to put a great deal of people away, particularly as it has an extremely low resolution of 240×320 pixels.

The low resolution means text appears a bit fuzzy and indistinct and internet browsing is compromised since you often can not read headlines on new websites when you're at the standard zoomed out, complete page view that many sites default to when you first land on them. You also need to do a lot of zooming and scrolling on websites just to have the ability to read columns of text something that starts to test your patience after a time.
