LG V50 ThinQ 5G Review:
The LG V50 ThinQ is LG's foray to the 5G ecosystem. It requires the LG V40 and efficiently transforms it to a stronger, 5G-capable apparatus - but leaves much about the past year's telephone unchanged.
Indoors, its specs are strong enough using a Snapdragon 855 chipset paired with 6GB of RAM, and it runs Android 9.0 Pie from the box. Fit with 128GB of storage and a microSD slot which may add yet another 2TB, it's adequate room for programs, videos, photographs, and audio.
People internals pair having a sizable, all-glass and metallic layout that looks elegant and contemporary until the display lights up. That is when its slightly outdated aesthetics seem. It's a massive notch near the peak of the screen, and different bezels on either side. The display is sharp, bright, and enormous, however.
Flipping the telephone above, the 3 back cameras have been tucked under the back glass free of camera bulge. The cameras are flexible and may take some fantastic shots, particularly for close-ups using the telephoto lens, however they are not hard Huawei or even Google for your telephone photography throne.
The V50 ThinQ is LG's flagship telephone and it moves head-to-head together with Samsung. It is a hearty offering, packed with technologies. Besides 5G, do not forget that the V-branded apparatus are LG's media-focused show, together with additional camera, movie, and sound attributes in tow for shooting the content that is overburdened.
LG V50 ThinQ 5G Features:
Cramming a lot into one chassis is a tall order. Let us dive in to our LG V50 ThinQ review to find out whether LG made it work.LG hasn't made a really unique smartphone in what seems like years. Surethe V50 ThinQ is a sultry black glass slab, with aluminum supplying the framework, but the basic lines and common curves lack bravado. The telephone is all but equal from the past year's V40.
The significant differences are these: The back panel glass is curved on all four sides in which it meets the framework. I enjoy this. Along with the camera module is currently completely flush using glass (like the LG G8 ThinQ), developing a smooth surface. I enjoy this, also. Everything else about the phone is more or less like its predecessor.
LG covers the flagship fundamentals. Gorilla Glass 5 is both back and front. The telephone satisfies MIL-STD 810G for strength, however I am not likely to be the one to throw it down a pair of stairs to check this score. The V50 scores IP68 for protection from water. Really, I set the telephone in a bucket of water and it came out none the worse to be wet. As a consequence, that you may sweat onto it, spill onto it, and then accidentally drop it in the pool, but do not abandon it in the base for too long. The glass panels are perfectly polished. In reality, this telephone is too smooth. It's one of the very slippery handsets I have managed. It does not like to sit and will quietly slide off any surface which is not level. Be careful where you set the telephone.
It is a significant piece of hardware. You will find it is about Precisely the Same dimensions as a Huawei Mate 20 Guru, or Google Pixel 3 XL. It is smaller than the Galaxy Notice 9. I really don't think it's too large, but the slick glass makes it difficult to use 1 handed. I frequently had to hold the V50 closely in 1 hand and use the other to poke the monitor.
